Message: I am interested in purchasing a lot or cabin in Horca, but am concerned about the subdivision being in a wetland area. I would like to hear from any Horca cabin owners that have dealt with problems related to the high water table either during construction or thereafter, to get ideas on how water problems can be addressed or mitigated.
