Hmm . . . if the goal is to stock the river and presumably increase the fish population, wouldn't it be better not to kill the fish in the process?
Instead of:
"Catch fish with “Dry Fly Methods Only” and bring your
biggest fish back to the Lodge to be eligible for
Daily Bragging Rights Prize"
How about:
"Catch fish with “Dry Fly Methods Only” and record their
size. Photographic evidence is strongly encouraged.
Then release your fish, as only successfully released
fish will be counted toward the Daily Bragging Rights Prize"
