Message: Hi guys, my brother just returned from opening up our cabin (7 miles N. of webcam), and he reported that all of the flues on our roof were bent over from snow weight. We can't use our fireplace until we replace the flue & he had to straighten out the exhaust flue for water heater. The folks at Rocky Mtn. Lodge said that almost all roofs have received some damage due to snow. So if you haven't been up yet, be prepared to repair flue damage! Upper road to Platoro also riddled with snow banks & as yet unpassable. Replies to this post
